My stay featured a very clean room with a modern design. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of options!!! Ms. Jona May and Ms. Menchie were particularly cute. I will return.
The level of entertainment did not meet my expectations. There was no music at the swimming pools. The rooftop bar was closed. It was hard to find things to do after 11:30 pm.

The staff was rude , especially the manager. He would not help us in anyway , and was patronising to say the least. I have never witnessed that attitude before.

I was very impressed with the clean beach area. It was well maintained and provided a relaxing environment. I enjoyed the selection of food. Everything I tried was quite delicious and varied.
The distance to the main attractions required some planning. It could be a bit inconvenient at times.

The hotel is surrounded by extensive green spaces and golf courses. It gives you a feeling of seclusion, but there is convenient buggy service for moving around the resort. This access made navigating the area simple.

The staff throughout the hotel were helpful. I was greeted with smiles and efficient service. Team members quickly addressed any requests I made. I noticed that the team are very accommodating.
